When you make up your mind that you want to FEEL better by losing those extra pounds, take it slow. You can make progress by making small changes to your behavior. Try eating on a schedule, or eating slower. You may also want to keep track of what you’re eating by keeping a journal about your food choices everyday. One tip that I have for you is to AVOID JUNK FOOD. Junk food can trigger you to eat more and more and more. Stay away from this “junk” if you can.
These tips, along with regular exercise, can help you to lose the weight that you want.
