Kids–Keep Track of What You Eat and When

When you’re working on losing those extra pounds, don’t focus on being on a diet. Focus on your goals. When you focus on what you want, it’s easier for you to start & to keep making healthier choices.

A great way to get that focus is to write down EVERYTHING that you eat. When you keep track of what & when you eat, you may see eating patterns you didn’t realize. Give it a try… for one day at least. Then, add it your daily routine.

When you have that really successful weight loss week, you can look back at your eating habits & see what is working. If you have a setback, you can look back & see what caused it.
